Imphal, May 19 2025: The District Administration, Ukhrul has informed all tourists, visitors and participants ofthe 5th State Level Shirui Lily Festival 2025 that various security measures will be in place from morning to midnight to ensure safety and smooth proceeding of the event.

A public notice issued by Polly Makan, MCS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Ukhrul has advised all visitors to plan their journeys to and from Ukhrul via Yaingangpokpi between 8 am to 4 pm in order to facilitate safe and efficient travel.

Visitors travelling after 4 pm will be escorted by security personnel.

Additionally, no movement of visitors will be permitted after midnight, said the notice.

For any assistance or emergency, the notification has urged visitors to contact Ukhrul police control room via call or WhatsApp at 8730090890 and the District Administration via helpline no 9612937541 / 8974074561 / 8787534504 .
