Sui Generis: Becoming a game changing firm from state

Manipur based Sui Generis Inc is still busy in finding ways to bring a social change in its home state.
Earlier, it has changed the tea drinking habit of a large number of people across the world by replacing it with CC Tea and now it is looking forward to enhance the economy of the state by adding more items in its products list.
Revealing this during a recent talk, Ragesh Keisham, Chairman and Managing Director of Sui Generis Inc, who recently received the 'NICT Perfect 10 Award, 2014', for his endless efforts to bring a social change through entrepreneurship, said that his company is all set to launch quality beauty soap, detergent and hair oil in the near future.
The step is taken up in order to expand and sustain the business of the company and to broaden the economic horizon of the state.
which will provide wide array of benefit to the people of the state in many aspects.
He said that this will help to boost up the economy of the state in one hand and employ more people from the state on the other hand to many job seekers.
The company has already transformed the life of number of unemployed youths and underprivileged women by giving employment.
Presently the company is employing nearly 2000 people.
With the coming up of some more products the company will be able to give employment to more than 5000 people in the near future.
He further said that he is always thinking to find out the ways to retain some of the money from the expenditure that we spend in buying the essential household items.
The simplest way to do so is to replace or substitute the items with our own products.
So, a large sum of money which is supposed to go outside the state or to other big companies will be saved once Sui Generis Inc start producing high standard toothpaste, beauty soap, detergent powders and hair oil.
Ragesh further said that his company will not negotiate on the quality of the products and is giving emphasis on producing quality products in reasonable price.
He said that it is because of the quality that CC Tea has sensed a widespread acceptance throughout the world.
Sui Generis has also changed the mindset of many youths of the state who always tend to wait only for government job by showing them the ability of an entrepreneur.
After witnessing the growth of the company, many youths of the state have started owning a business or establishing a company instead of wasting time waiting for government jobs.
Recognizing his endless efforts and dedication to uplift his state in particular and the North East Region of India in general, he was conferred the 'NICT Perfect 10 Award, 2014' on September 3, 2014 during an award ceremony held at Durbar Hall, Vishwaratna Hotel, Guwahati.NICT is organised by The Telegraph and Anand Bazar Patrika (ABP) Private Limited with the support of National e-Governance Plan (NeGP) Department of Electronics and Information Technology, Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Government of India & Department of Information Technology - Government of Assam.
He said that he did not apply for the award and he did not believed when he received the mail about he has been chosen to conferred the award.
He thought the mail was a spam.
Later, he came to know that the mail was real and he is one among the winners of 'NICT Perfect 10 Award', 2014 when people from organiser came for cross-verification.
The award gives him a new impulse to work harder to bring a change in the state through entrepreneurship.
He further said that he feels good when somebody recognizes and values his efforts and dedication to uplift his state in particular and the North East Region in general.
