The Democratic Students' Alliance of Manipur is organizing a student's rally on the theme "Break the corruption chain", on December 9 which is also designated as International Anti-Corruption Day by the Assembly of the United Nations.

He further observed that starting from a clerk to a bureaucrat, the trend of "percentage share" is found to exist in every department of the state due to the misleading concept that bribery and corruption has become a part of our society which has been accurately termed as "royal thievery" by the Supreme Court of India.
He stated that social political system exposed to such a dreaded communicable disease is likely to crumble under its own weight in a point of time.
