Imphal, May 11 2025: A 5-day training programme on "Competency Based Learning" for the Trained Graduate Teachers (TGTs) in English posted in the Kendriya Vidyalayas under KVS Tinsukia Region began today at Kendriya Vidyalaya No 1 Imphal (Lamphelpat).

As per a release issued by Kendriya Vidyalaya No 1 Imphal, the training is being conducted by the Aurobindo Society as part of the implementation of the Rupantar Programme.

This is the first phase of the programme with the second phase due to be conducted from June 30 to July 4, 2025 in the same venue at Kendriya Vidyalaya No 1 Imphal (Lamphelpat) .

Altogether, 23 participants from various KVs of KVS Tinsukia Region are attending the training programme.

The inaugural session of the training programme was attended by Taorem Pritam, Deputy Commissioner, Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, Regional Office-Tinsukia and Vishwanath Namaram, Principal, Kendriya Vidyalaya No 1 Imphal among others.
