43rd State Level Science, Mathematics & Environment Exhibition for Children 2024-25 begins

Imphal, April 08 2025: The five-day 43rd State Level Science, Mathematics and Environment Exhibition for Children 2024-25 was kicked off today at Ram Lal Paul Higher Secondary School under the theme "Science and technology for sustainable future" organised by the Science Unit, Department of Education (S).

Addressing the gathering, Ng Bhogendra, Director, Education (S) lauded the participating students for showcasing their brilliant and innovative ideas and the teachers for guiding the students.

Delivering the presidential speech, Bisheshwar Khumukcham, Additional Director, Education (S/Valley) said that the competition is first held at the district-level and the selected candidates then compete at the Statelevel.

46 entries were received at the district level.

11 entries took part through online mode and 36 in offline mode, which reduced to 35 as one candidate failed to report.

Twenty-one candidates will be selected from the State level exhibition who will go on to compete at the national level, shared Bisheshwar Khumukcham.
