Painting competition held at JNV, Chandel

Chandel, January 31 2025: Under the joint aegis of Manipur State Legal Services Authority and National Legal Services Authority, the District Legal Services Authority, Chandel in collaboration with Naga Students Union Chandel (NSUC) organized a Painting competition on "Issues ofDrug Abuse & Its Impact in the Society" at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Chandel district today.

The programme was presided by SK Amarson Lamkang, principal, JNV, Chandel, Ruwnglar Elly Anal, president, NSUC and Kiran Mayengbam, teacher of JNV, Chandel as special guest, of the said painting competition.

The programme was focused on sensitizing the issues of drug abuse and de-addiction schemes/poli-cies in the State.

The students of JNV, Chandel took active participation in the said competition which was held under two categories viz ., category I (Standard V to VIII) and category II (Standard IX to XII) .
