Imphal, April 26 2012: Transfer and posting of some IAS/MCS/MSS/Jr MCS officers have been effected following an order issued by Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms (Personnel Division) today.

Accordingly, Dr J Suresh Babu, IAS,Principal Secretary (Home/Education-S/SCERT), Adult Education & IFCD has been posted as Principal Secretary (Home/Education-S/SCERT, Adult Education); Dr Rajesh Kumar, IAS (on return from Central deputation) as Commissioner (IFCD); Ningthoujam Geoffrey, IAS, Joint Secretary (Home) as Joint Secretary (Home/RD & PR); Modak Hrisheekesh Arvind, IAS, SDO/BDO, Chandel as Joint Secretary (DP/Planning/IT); B John Tlangtinkhuma, IAS, SDO/BDO Ukhrul and SDO/Jessami as ADC/Ukhrul in addition and SDO/BDO Ukhrul and SDO /Jessami in addition; Armstrong Pame, IAS, SDO/Paomata and Phaibung in addition as SDO/BDO Tousem; Robert Singh Kshetrimayum, IAS, attached with DC Chandel as SDO Keirao Bitra; Shyam Lal Poonia, IAS, attached with DC Senapati as SDO/BDO Paomata and Phaibung in addition; Ningam Chamroy, MSC, CEO District Council, Ukhrul and ED/DRDA UKhrul as ED/DRDA Ukhrul; A Temba Singh, MCS, SDO/BDO, Chingai as SDO/BDO Chandel; Ranjan Yumnam, MCS, Deputy Protocol Officr and e/o Under Secretary (Home) as i/c Additional Director (Education-S) Hills; Lunckyson Ngamsa Kasung, MCS, ARC & Under Secretary/ Sc & Tech in addition as i/c CEO District Council Ukhrul, Hannah Kahmei, MCS, TO Tamenglong as SDO/BDO Tamei, N Surjit Singh, MCS, SDO Lilong as SDO/BDO Saitu Gamphazol; M Goura Singh, MSC, SDO/Saitu Gamphazol as SDO Lilong, T Kammuanlal Simte, MCS, SDO/BDO Tamenglong as SDO/BDO Tamenglong and Treasury Officer, Tmenglong in addition; KH Leiyaphy Rita, MCS, SDO Keirao Bitra as AC to DC UKhrul and HL Jain, Jr MSC, SDC Imphl est as i/c SDO/ BDO Chingai in addition.

The reallocation of works/transfer and posting of some IPS/MPS officers have also been effected by an order of the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms.

Accordingly, V Zathang, IPS, ADGP (Law & Order) has been posted as ADGP (Int) and IG Prisons in addition; PM Goud, IPS, ADGP (Home Guard) and i/c IG Prison as ADGP (AP/Tranining) and ADGP (HG) in addition; LM Khoute, IPS, ADGP (AP/Training) as ADGP (Law & Order); K Jayenta Singh, IPS, SP Thoubal as SP Imphal West; K Radhashyam Singh, IPS, SP CCpur as CO of Ist MR; S Manaobi Singh, IPS, CO 2nd MR as CO 7th MR; H Thanghaulien Gangte, IPS, SP Imphal East as SP CCpur; Kamei Angam Romanus, IPS, Additional SP (Law and Order) Bishnupur as CO 5th IRB, N Worngam, IPS, Additional SP (Law and Order) Thoubal as CO 3nrd IRB; K Chaoba Lokho, MPS, i/c SP SIT as CO 7th IRB; Faumei Gonglin, MPS, i/c CO 5th IRB as CO 2nd MR; Md Firoz Khan, MPS, Additional SP Kangpokpi as i/c CO 8th MR; Y Ashokumar Singh, MPS, Additional SP (Ops) Moreh as Additional SP (Ops) Imphal East; L Ishwarlal Sharma, MPS, i/c CO 7th IRB as i/c SP SIT; AK Jhalajit Singh, MPS, Additional SP (Ops) Imphal East as i/c SP Thoubal and Md Jackiruddin, MPS, DSP District Jail CCPur attached to Cental jail Imphal (on deputation of 2 years) as i/c Additional SP Kangpokpi.

On the other hand, OC Sagolmang N Sadananda has been posted as CO Heingang, OC Heingang Raikumar as CO Sagolmang, OC Yairipok Dhananjoy as OC MOirang, OC Moirang K Anilkumar as OC Yairipok, according to a order issued by DGP.
