Online rental platform, 'Waipham Sanpham' launched

Imphal, May 19 2025: Singjamei MLA Yumnam Khemchand launched "Waipham Sanpham", an online retail platform developed by TELSO Group of Company, at a function held at Hotel Grande, Chingmeirong on Monday.

The launch programme was also attended by Manipur Chamber of Commerce and Industries secretary Haorakcham Anil as guest of honour and TELSO Group president Moirangthem Priyanka Devi as president.

In their speeches, Khemchand commended launch of the application, while Haorakcham Anil stressed the need for spreading awareness about the application to not only in Manipur, but also at the regional, national and international level.

He expressed firm belief that the platform would create employment opportunities for the youth of the state.

Meanwhile, responding to media queries, Khemchand said that there is no reason not to form the government, stating that government formation would proceed as per the norms as there is no leadership issue.

Regarding the appointment of a new chief minister, the MLA said that he has no knowledge of who the new chief minister would be.

He also said that he is not aware of any definitive timeline for the formation of the new government.
