Indian Army conducts pre-recruitment training and Agniveer registration drive

Imphal, April 08 2025:
The Indian Army has launched a massive pre-recruitment training and Agniveer registration drive at Koirengei, Leimakhong and Kanglatombi.
The campaign aims to prepare and guide aspiring candidates for the upcoming Agniveer Recruitment Rally under the Agnipath Scheme.
A total of 40 boys and girls have been assisted so far including successful registration.
The registration process for Agniveer is ongoing, with the last date being April 10 .
The initiative undertaken by the Army includes physical training, written exam coaching and online registration assistance.
Candidates between the ages of 17.5 to 21 years are being trained daily in physical fitness drills, mock examination and motivation sessions conducted by experienced Army personnel.
As part of the campaign, help desks and mobile registration centers have also been set up at Koirengei, Leimakhong and Kanglatombi to assist candidates with the online Agniveer registration process.
