Phungcham Katamnao Mayar Ngala Long lauds

Ukhrul, April 07 2025: The Phungcham Katamnao Mayar Ngala Long (PKMNL) has lauded State Project, Samagra Shiksha, SIS Manipur and ZEO Office Ukhrul fortheir swift responses by providing the urgent needs of the school for the smooth functioning of Paocham High School without hindrances.

According to the president of PKMNL Juneme Longleng, the State Project Director Ng Bhogendro Meitei sanctioned 30 sets of benches & desks, two sets of desktop computers, two UPS, two printers, one projector, 3 computer tables, 5 rolling chairs, 4 cooking pots, 3 water filters, first aid box, a water tank with 1000 litres capacity along with two solar plates, a battery and inverter and sports material such as carrom board, football and volleyball and were delivered today in Paocham High School authority.

The PKMNL also appealed and reminded the authorities concerned for immediate repair of dilapidated school building in order to ensure the safety of students and to depute adequate school teachers which is presently manned by only 6 teachers including the Headmistress.

"Shortage of staff has overburdened them and is unable to render or impart worthy education to the students of rural people," said Phungcham Katamnao Mayar Ngala Long (PKMNL) .
