Imphal, May 19 2025: Suchitra Devi Potsangbam, who is principal of St Anthony's School, Sangakpham, a unit of Shija Foundation, received the Rabindranath Tagore National Principal Award 2025 on May 17.According to a press release issued by St Anthony's School administrative officer Ningthoukhongjam Lakpati, the award was presented at the Education Excellence Conclave, organised by EK Updesh Media, at Vivanta by Taj, Guwahati.

"This prestigious award recognises exemplary school leadership across India, honouring Suchitra's nearly three decades of dedication in education, including 15 years as principal," said the release, adding that under her leadership, St Anthony's School has consistently achieved academic excellence and holistic student development.

The award reflects her dedication and the institution's commitment to inclusive education, it maintained.

The management of St Anthony's School and Shija Foundation commended Suchitra Devi for her dedication to the Foundation's vision of inclusive, high-quality education.
