Imphal, May 19 2025: United Naga Council (UNC) Assembly Affairs has notified that the UNC council assembly will be held on May 30 at Tumuyon Khullen village, Senapati district.

In a release, UNC speaker Wango Kohring Victor advised presidents and secretaries of the constituent units, Naga People's Organisation (NPO), Chandel Naga People's Organisation (CNPO), Joint Tribes Council (JTC) and senior UNC leaders to attend the council assembly, which will be held in the presence of 21 Naga tribe leaders.

Discussion during the assembly will cover issues confronting the Naga people, said the release while appealing to CSOs concerned to cooperate with the UNC during the council assembly.
