Music college celebrates 63rd foundation day

Imphal, May 06 2025: Shri Shri Balmukundadev Government Music College the lone Government Music College celebrated its 63rd foundation day today at its auditorium at Palace Compound.

Violin recital by Moirangthem Cherish, tabla recital by Elangbam Khogen Singh and vocal recital by Dr Rajkumar Satyadita were the main highlights of the celebration.

The event was graced by M Joy Singh, Special Commissioner, Art & Culture as chief guest, former Principal of the College Laimayum Devendrajit Sharma as functional president and M Kumar, former Head of Department, Violin as the guest of honour.

S Ramkumar Singh, Principal of the College delivered the welcome and keynote address.
