PIL hearing adjourned till November 24

The PIL hearing regarding the alleged irregularities in RIMS hospital have been adjourned till November 24 .
The hearing was adjourned till November 24, after the committee set up by the High Court of Manipur, comprising of N Rojit, Registrar (Administration) High Court of Manipur, Dr M Kunjabihari, retired Additional Director, Manipur Health Service and Advocate Kh Tarunkumar, High Court of Manipur, failed to submit their enquiry report before the Court.
The committee was set up by the High Court after it took up a suo moto case on the basis of a news report regarding a letter sent to the Prime Minister's Office by a Post Graduate student of RIMS alleging serious irregularities and corruption in the institute.
After setting up the three member committee on November 7, the Court directed the committee to-submit its report today.
The committee carried out enquiry at RIMS Administrationblock, wards, medical store, nonmedical store and, others on November 13 and 14 .
