The Press Information Bureau is all set to host a three day awareness campaign on the flagship programmes of the Union Government at Synod Hall here from tomorrow.
The campaign, with an objective of giving awareness among the public on the flagship programmes of the Government will also highlight the success stories of Congress led UPA Government.
Talks and discussion on the flagship programmes, including SSA, Mid-day meal, NRHM, ICDS, RTI and NREGS will be conducted by eminent scholars during the campaign.
Atleast ten departmental stalls will as well come up within the campaign premises.
A state level painting competition with competitive prizes on the theme 'Rural Sanitation' will also be held on its sideline for students of classes V to IX on 9 January.

Jubilee Icon launched: Streaming into its Diamond Jubilee celebration, Siam-sinpawlpi � a Paite students welfare organization has launch its Jubilee Icon edition today with a remarkable attendance from AIR, Imphal officials.
On its conclusive yet crest celebration, the students' organization has already launched a sport extravaganza under the banner Diasport a couple of days back while today's edition of Icon hunt was launched by PM Bakshi, Station Director AIR Imphal, Asst Director, Kanan Kumar, AIR Correspondent BD Sharma and Programme Executive Chinkhanlian Guite have also joined their Director in gracing the occasion.
With its main celebration scheduled for January 13, the chain of celebrations planned to mark the jubilee will continue to witness more of a fiesta before bumping on the main day.
