Imphal, September 12 2015 :
United Committee Manipur (UCM) has firmly told the Government of India's interlocutor for Naga peace talks RN Ravi that the territorial integrity of Manipur should not be disturbed and there must not be any agreement on division of the State's administration for the pan Naga vision within the State of Manipur while sealing the final peace deal between the Government of India and NSCN (IM) .
RN Ravi had been clearly told that any peace deal with the Naga outfit must not harm the territorial boundary of Manipur and that there must not be any cultural body based on the 'pan Naga' policy, UCM President Elangbam Johnson said during a press meet at the committee's office, Lamphelpat on Saturday.
Representatives of All Manipur Clubs' Organisation (AMUCO) and Committee of Civil Societies Kangleipak (CCSK) also attended the press meet.

Leaders of UCM, AMUCO and CCSK met the Government of India interlocutor during his two-day visit to the State from September 10-11 .
The civil society groups during the meeting further urged RN Ravi to disclose the detailed points of the framework agreement and come out with a white paper on the 18-year-old Indo-Naga peace parleys, Johnson said.
It was made clear to Ravi that there must be no plan rooted in the pan Naga vision and that the Government of Manipur must be taken on the board while striking a final deal between the Centre and NSCN (IM), the UCM leader added.
AMUCO president Dr Y Mani Khuman said the peace talks and the much-awaited final agreement with the Government of India and NSCN (IM) need the mandate of the people.
He said the Centre also needs to know all facts about the State of Manipur and that the Government of India must recognize the history of the land.
The Government cannot allow Naga integration on communal line, Dr Mani Khuman said.
Echoing the same voice, CCSK leader PR Arjun Telheiba reaffirmed that the people will not allow political bifurcation within Manipur and breaking up its integrity.
UCM General Secretary YK Dhiren said that a series of consultative meetings on the Indo-Naga peace talks will be held between the civil society organizations and local clubs and meira paibi bodies in various parts of the State.
