Thoubal, Kakching lasses to hold meeting on Jan 31

Thoubal, January 27 2024: Girls of Thoubal and Kakching districts have called a joint meeting on January 31 at 11 am to discuss their role and responsibilities in the on-going conflict.

Announcing this on Saturday during press meet held at Wangbal in Thoubal district, one Sophiya Khundongbam stated that the girls have been compelled to call the meeting so as to enable them in helping hand to volunteers who arw defending the state from Kuki militants in the ongoing conflict in the state.

She then appealed all the girls in the two districts to attend the meeting adorn in traditional attire only.
