Imphal, February 29 2024: On the second day of the fifth session of the 12th Manipur Legislative Assembly on Thursday, the government introduced three Bills in the House.

Chief Minister N Biren, who also holds the Finance portfolio, introduced the Manipur Appropriation (No 1) Bill, 2024 and the Manipur Appropriation (No 2) Bill, 2024; while Labour and Employment minister Heikham Dingo introduced The Manipur Labour Laws (Exemption from Renewal of Registration and License by Establishments) Bill, 2024 (Bill no 6 of 2024) .
