Imphal, August 17 2015: The medical team of 12 Bihar Battalion of 9 Sector AR under the aegis of HQ IGAR (South) saved lives of road accident victims on Aug 16 .

The two students aged 25 years and 30 years from Utlou while travelling on their two wheeler met with an accident when their speeding scooty hit a boulder used for blocking the road.

The incident took place close to the Tulihal Company of the 12 Bihar.

The medical officer of this unit along with his medical team rushed to the accident spot administering valuable first aid to the victims.

The victims were then referred to RIMS for further treatment, a statement issued by the PRO of IGAR (S) said.
