Raj Bhavan celebrates 77th Independence Day

Imphal, August 16 2023: As celebrated across the nation, Governor Anusuiya Uikey led the celebration of the 77th Independence Day at Raj Bhavan, Manipur yesterday.

According to a statement issued by the Governor's Secretariat, the Governor hoisted the National Flag as part of the occasion while the general salute was given by a contingent of 109 Bn CRPF.

The National Anthem was also sung to mark the celebration.
