Imphal, April 12:
Peeved at repeated postponement of the election to the LMS Law College Students' Union, nine class representatives and presidential candidate who had filed nomination paper have decided to pull off from the election.
Speaking to reporters in the college campus today, presidential candidate Laishram Roben conveyed that a notification issued by the RO yesterday has put off the election indefinitely even though the students' union was earlier scheduled in March.
With LLB first year and second year exams fixed in May, the nine candidates for class representatives and the presidential candidate decided to pull off their candidature considering their educational career, he conveyed.
