Reassuring support to the ongoing suspension of transport service along Pallel-Chandel road being undertaken by the transporters, the Anal Naga Union (ANTA) has requested the Chief Minister to come by road in his scheduled visit to Chandel district Hqs on October 11 so as to enable himself experience the plight and hardships being endured by the people of the district, said a press release issued by ANTA.
It also questioned as to why the development work of Pallel-Chandel road under ACA was suddenly put to a halt even as Rs 24 crores were sanctioned for the same work.
