Expressing shock and grief over killing of Buddhist monks and causing injuries to many others in crackdown by Myanmarese Military Junta, Buddhists' Council, Manipur in a meeting at its Uripok office premises here yesterday has fervently appealed to the Myanmarese Junta to release all the arrest monks immediately.
While further appealing to stop target Buddhist monks, the meeting also observed two minutes silence as mark of respect to the departed soul of the monks.
