Imphal, July 30 2009:
The Senapati District Students Association has decided to back the indefinite chakka bandh called along the two National Highways from August 4 by transporters to demand the repairing of the two highways as well as security.
The student body has also decreed that no empty trucks would be allowed to ply along the 'highways during the economic blockade imposed by them.
SDSA has also appealed to the public to bear with the inconveniences as the demand to repair the National Highways is in the interest of all people.
