The sit-in-protest staged against the State Government�s move to evict Lei-Ingkhol for the purpose of constructing the proposed Capitol Project has entered the fourth day today.
The Joint Action Committee Against the Eviction of Lei-Ingkhol which is spearheading the agitation has categorically stated that it would not budge an inch from its stand and continue with the protest demonstration until and unless the Government gives an assurance to the effect of not affecting the land at Lei-Ingkhol.
Meanwhile, Awang Meisnam Leikai Watham Leirak Women�s Welfare Association, Thangmeiband Meisnam Leikai has denounced the Govt�s move as unreasonable which would invite the wrath of the people.
