KYKL celebrates MYL raising day

The proscribed KYKL celebrated the raising day of its armed wing Meeyamgee Yawol Lanmee (MYL) today at its general headquarters, 1st battalion, 2nd battalion, 3rd battalion, units, tactical units and mobile units.
The main functions were held at the Ghqs, 1st Bn, 2nd Bn and 3rd Bn, according to a press release issued by the outfit's publicity and research secretary A Yaiphaba.
The raising day function held at the 1st Bn was led by its commanding officer Capt Dhana.
The functions held at the 2nd and 3rd Bns were led by Capt Suman and 2nd Lt Chinguremba.
Two-minute silence was observed at all the raising day celebrations in honour of all the revolutionaries who had laid down their lives in the course of the revolutionary movement.
Dynamics of the ongoing revolutionary movement and how to take it forward were discussed at length during the raising day celebrations, the outfit conveyed.
Speakers who addressed the raising day celebrations stressed on the need to understand changing tactics and strategies of India which are all aimed at consolidating their 'rule' over the land.
They also emphasised on the need for all revolutionaries to be committed to the idea of revolution and to behave strictly in line with the ethics of revolution.
The speakers called upon all MYL combatants to foster close ties with the masses and also to groom themselves as perfect and dedicated revolutionaries.
They said that the ongoing armed movement of KYKL is to bring about a collective revolutionary movement of all the peoples of WESEA including Kangleipak against the common enemy.
They asserted that KYKL would form alliance with all like minded revolutionary groups of WESEA in order to wage a collective revolutionary movement and take it forward, it conveyed.
