Relief items provided to people in remote areas

Covid relief materials distribution initiated by Aid India through BGVS volunteers continued with essential commodities like rice, dal and sugar being provided to people living in several villages of Manipur.
The distributed items also included medical stuff like paracetamol tablets, vitamin C tablets, sanitizer, mask, etc.
The BGVS volunteers travelled around and distributed the essential commodities to people in remote villages like Phuba, Phaibung, Koide, etc.
Panii Peter Th, vice president BGVS Manipur, stated that the relief distribution was initiated to give some relief to the people who are facing immense hardships due to Covid-19 pandemic.
A team of four BGVS volunteers together with V Rollen Dumai, president BGVS Manipur, travelled with different essential commodities and distributed to the villages including some in isolated area.
They had also distributed similar essential items to the needy people, especially those who are suffering due to this pandemic, in Manipur in the past week.
