Official record and reality do not tally ; None awaits LPG refills at Lamshang Gas !

For Lamshang Gas Agency, Imphal West district, there is not a single LPG consumer who is waiting for refills after he/she has made due bookings.
Mahalaxmi Indane Service, Imphal East district is also performing equally good with only nine consumers waiting for arrival of refills after they have made due bookings as per official records.
Whereas the official records say that all consumers who made their bookings on December 18 and earlier have been issued refills, in reality, Lamshang Gas Agency has issued refills to only those consumers who made their bookings on October 10 or earlier.
The distributor has been distributing 72.37 refills in a day on the average, according to official records.
So far, Lamshang Gas Agency has distributed 10 refills each to four consumers, nine refills each to five consumers, eight refills each to 11 consumers and seven refills each to 33 consumers.
The distributor has around 2847 consumers and majority of them have received just two/three refills while many have to do with a single refill throughout the year.
Wahengbam (O) Tampha (consumer no 2004), Konjengbam Gitarani (consumer no 938), Konjengbam Pratibharani Devi (consumer no 939) and Konjengbam Suniljit (consumer no 940) have received 10 refills each.
Although the vast majority of consumers have received just two/three refills, the distributor's performance is rated excellent.
Of all the applicants who sought new LPG connection, only one application is pending, according to official records.
Mahalaxmi Indane Service with around 3735 active consumers has issued refills to all those consumers who made their bookings on September 28 and earlier.
However, official records claim that all consumers who made their bookings on December 18 or earlier have been issued refills.
The distributor has already issued eight refills each to nine consumers this financial year.
Like Lamshang Gas Agency, only one application for new LPG connection is pending with Mahalaxmi Indane Service.
Haokip Gas Service, Chandel district has around 6450 active consumers and it has been distributing 64.91 refills in a day on the average.
Like many other distributors, performance of Haokip Gas Service too is rated excellent.
Although official records say that all consumers who made their bookings on December 18 or earlier have been issued refills, 92 consumers who have already made their bookings are yet to receive refills.
It is said that three applications for new LPG connections are pending with Haokip Gas Service.
