College of Nursing, Medical Directorate, Government of Manipur today organized a reception programme for Japanese delegates coming to the State for Technical Internship Training Programme (TITP) at its conference hall today.
Japan Association of Functional Recovery Care (FRC) and Power Rehabilitation president Professor Takahito Takeuchi, Certificated Care Worker and Certified FRC Instructor Youichi Wakinaga, MBA (Super Visiting Organization in TITP) CEO Masaki Uchino, Next Sharing Company Ltd CEO Yasunori Yahata, Health and Family Welfare Director Dr K Rajo and many other National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) officials attended the function as dais members.
Speaking on the sidelines of the programme, Rajo informed that TITP was created to enhance the economic development of the countries participating in the program through the generation of new employment opportunities.
He went on to convey that TITP is achieved through the internship program (which can be anywhere from one year to a maximum of 5 years) and through On-the-Job Training (OJT).
The course curriculum includes Japanese language training, Japanese culture training, and sector-specific training as per Japanese requirements.
Interested persons can even pursue PHD and Masters Degree in Japan after the end of this program, he added.
