Bombs found planted at different locations

Imphal, May 26 2012:
Two bombs were found planted at different locations by unidentified miscreants during the last 24 hours.
One bomb was found wrapped in a plastic bag this morning at around 4 in a stone crushing centre at Nilakuthi under Heingang Police station.
The bomb, which was reportedly to an RDX, was found along with a wall clock attached to it.
Bomb experts of the State police retrieved the bomb and detonated it safely.
In another unrelated incident, unidentified miscreants planted a bomb at the residence of Dr Laishram Amukhomba (55), a staff in Manipur Veterinary and Animal Husbandry office located near Moirang College gate at around 6 am today.
The bomb has been picked up by the police.
The reason behind planting the bomb is yet to be ascertained.
