NEIDP vows to contest election without corruption

Imphal, January 07 2019:
North East India Development Party (NEIDP), CWC president Narengbam Samarjit has claimed that the party will not resort to corruption or other practices like handing out money to the voters during the 2022 election.
Addressing the gathering during a one day political convention of NEIDP under the theme "Together for change", Samarjit said that the party will win the election in 2022 without engaging in corruption/distribution of money.
He conveyed that the political parties in the State are intolerant adding that they are only content with taking pot shots and blaming each other.
Samarjit noted that development does mean only the improvement of infrastructures but also bringing development in all fields.
State Unit Mizoram, NEIDP president Zoram Channa Fannai, CWC NEIDP vice president S Kunjakeswor, State unit Manipur NEIDP president Doukhomang Khongsai spoke at the convention among others.
