Aid distributed to Covid-19 affected people, CCCs, CHICs

Various organisations and individuals are continuing to extend help in this time of Covid-19 pandemic by distributing relief and safety items to Covid-19 affected people, Covid Care Centres (CCCs), Community Home Isolation Centres (CHICs) and local Covid Task Forces.
Community on Covid-19, Manipur; a unified body of CADA, UPF, NIPCO, AMSU, UPACO and MAPI Council, in collaboration with Directorate of AYUSH on Monday distributed Covid-19 medicine AYUSH-64 tablets, face masks and hand sanitizers to several CCCs, CHICs, local Covid Task Forces and local clubs/meira paibi groups.
In a release, Community on Covid-19, Manipur media coordinator Geetchandra Mangang informed that the aid was distributed to Covid-19 Protection Force Wapokpi; Sugnu Home Isolation Centre; Serou Covid-19 Precaution Task Force; Tangjeng Khunou Task Force; Chajing Covid Task Force; Covid-19 Task Force Khrosantabi; Chairel Covid Task Force; Chandonpokpi Covid Task Force; Tokpaching Covid Task Force and Pangaltabi Covid-19 Task Force in Kakching district.
In Imphal West district, the aid was provided to Tengdongyan Youth Club, Maharabi Covid Task Force and Pheidinga Youth Development Club.
Meanwhile, political activist Manibabu Likmabam of Lamsang assembly constituency distributed edible items to Covid-19 affected families in Awang Potsangbam, Awang Wabagai and Khonghampat Awang and Mantri Leikai.
The aid was handed over through volunteers of local clubs and meira paibi groups on Monday.
