Henry skips Court appearance

Imphal, February 23 2017:
Indian National Congress (INC) candidate in Wangkhei Assembly Constituency Okram Henry who was summoned by Chief Judicial Magistrate Imphal West to appear before the Court today failed to turn up.
However, he was represented by his counsel Advocate B Bimoljit Sharma.
The Court fixed March 10 as the date for further hearing of the case filed against the candidate of the forthcoming Assembly election.
Henry was summoned to appear before the Court as per an order passed on February 4 after a case was filed against him by Asian Bull Construction and Developers Limited under Negotiable Instruments Act and Section 420 of Indian Penal Code.
