Speaking to media persons at Manipur Press Club today, one of ITBS Department staff, Y Sanjoy said that the several allegations made by Rakesh against the Department and the subsequent disclosure of three names of the dept's staff through a local daily, aimed at tarnishing the status of the Department, is quite unfortunate.
