AMRPSWA condemns CM's remarks, calls it irresponsible

The All Manipur Recognised Private School Welfare Association (AMRPSWA) has strongly condemned the remarks made by the Chief Minister regarding private school teachers at the inaugural function of the induction training programme for newly appointed teachers under RMSA, and termed it as an act of an irresponsible leader.
Addressing media persons at a press conference held at Manipur Press Club, N Tomba, Advisor AMRPSWA, said that the private school teachers who are doing their utmost to bring out student toppers through imparting quality education.
But the Chief Minister looked down upon them when he said that the private school teachers are being exploited.
The remarks of the Chief Minister is highly condemnable.
It has not only hurt the feelings and sentiments of the association but also of the school founder members, school management and the teachers.
Speaking at the press conference, Sunil Dev, Secretary of AMRPSWA said that it is very unfortunate on the part of the government to create a division between private and government schools.
Doren Khabanganba, advisor of AMRPSWA also said that the speech of the Chief Minister has incited a feeling of separateness and confusion among the private and government teachers.
