Imphal, October 28 2023: The JAC, Education (S) MTS Written Test Completed Candidates 2016-2018 Batch, has today warned of launching an intense stir if the result of written test conducted in 2019 is not announced within November 6, 2023 .

Speaking to media persons today at Manipur Press Club, JAC convenor S Gambhir said that the results of the written test faced by more than 26,000 candidates for 413 posts of Education (S) MTS on March 19, 2019 has not been declared even after four years.

He shared that the notification for the 413 posts of Education (S) MTS was first issued in 2018 and again in 2018 by the BJP Government led by Chief Minister N Biren Singh.

He continued that the JAC has not received any positive response till date despite the numerous memorandums submitted to the Chief Minister and concerned Minister.

JAC member Thangmon Maring asserted that the candidates take the failure of the Government to declare the results of the written test very seriously.

He further cautioned that if the result of the written test is not declared before November 6, the JAC along with CSOs of both the hills & the valley will launch an intense form of agitation.
