NCC cadets participate in Entrepreneurship Awareness Programme of IIE Guwahati

Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship (IIE), Guwahati is conducting a tailor-made Entrepreneurship Awareness Programme extending over 15 days in which five selected NCC cadets of Manipur are participating with effect from 27 July 2020 .
IIE is an autonomous organisation under the Ministry of Skill Development Entrepreneurship.
The aim of IIE is to provide training, research and consultancy activities in Small and Medium Enterprises( SME) with special focus on Entrepreneurship Development.
Five NCC cadets from Manipur, SUO L Iberson Singh (Imphal College, Imphal West), UO Khaingam Khomdram (DM College of Science, Imphal West), Cadet Thiyam Ratic Rohe (MB College, Imphal East), Cadet N Monita Devi (GP Women College, Imphal West) and Cadet Sunil Kumar Yengkhom (DM College of Science, Imphal West) have been selected to undergo this programme.
The programme shall be for 15 days duration covering numerous topics and assignments by subject matter experts.
The entire programme has been conceptualised and tailor - made for NCC by an expert team of IIE, Guwahati covering all relevant topics on entrepreneurship.
The training will be conducted online.
Brig RS Sethi Group Commander, NCC Group Imphal informed this is a first of its kind initiative, which has been put together by NCC Directorate, NER based at Shillong.
The aim is to provide youth with knowledge and skills which shall help them become successful entrepreneurs and wealth creators.
