NPF's stand on next Govt

Any decision on whether or not NPF would join in forming a new Government in the State would be decided according to instructions given by party leaders in Kohima, said NPF Manipur Unit Advisor PA Thekho.
Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of a meeting of political parties held at Hotel Imphal toady, Thekho said that NPF would prefer to make alliance with like minded regional parties.
Expresing confidence that his party would register win in atleast 10 Assembly Constituencies, PA Thekho expressed happiness in holding peaceful election with supports from United Naga Council (UNC).
He also opined that it is a must to hold repolling in the polling stations where photos of voters were found missing due to technical errors.
Meanwhile, NPF Chingai Unit general secretary Sowungram Wolleng has filed a complaint to the CEO and RO claiming that 27 votes in the name of death persons were cast in favour of Congress candidate in polling station number 45/15 and 45/16 at Chingai A/C in the election held on January 28 .
