NPF confident at Phungyar AC

President of Phungyar block of the Naga People's Front, SP Chuireingam has claimed that the NPF will surely score in the election this time adding that the NPF candidate will defeat the Congress candidate at Phungyar AC.
Speaking to media persons at the office of the Ukhrul District Working Journalists' Association (UDWJA) at Viewland today, Chuireingam confidently stated that NPF will win the Assembly election at Phungyar AC.
Highlighting the systematic strategy adopted by the NPF this time, Chuireingam said that unlike the last Assembly election the NPF now has enough time to organise political awareness camps and better understand the issues and problems of the Naga people.
Electing leaders should not merely be for development purpose but should be about electing the right person to reform society, added Chuireingam.
According to him, out of 120 villages under Phungyar AC, already 90 villages have been covered and the people/voters have assured to support the NPF candidate.
NPF also recorded over 2400 new enrolments in Phungyar AC, he said and added that the Phungyar area unit executives and office bearers have unanimously recommended a particular candidate who have high prospects of winning.
Leaders of the NPF have also been urged to issue the ticket only to those candidates who have been recommended by the people themselves, he added.
