PTCC thumped PCC by 10 wickets in the 3rd MNCA Women's T-20 Trophy 2024-25 at SEDOC Ground, Dhobi Lampak, on Saturday.
The match, reduced to 12 overs, saw PTCC chase down a modest target of 34 runs with ease.
Opting to bat first, PCC Women were bundled out for a meagre 48 runs in 20 overs.
Their innings never gained momentum, with only Hemam Lingjen Devi (10 off 13), Deeva Chiron (13 off 33), and Rajluxmi Sairem (9 off 25) reaching double figures.
The PTCC bowlers were relentless, with captain Thoudam Mangalsana leading the charge.
Her spell of 4-2-8-4 dismantled PCC's top order, earning her the standout performance of the match.
Bandana (4-0-5-1) and Khundrakpam Anjali Devi (3-0-5-1) provided excellent support, keeping the pressure on throughout.
In reply, PTCC's openers made light work of the target, reaching 34 without loss in just 4.1 overs.
Lourembam Prena Devi was particularly aggressive, scoring 15 off 13 balls (2 fours), while Laishram Teresa remained unbeaten on 9 off 12.The PCC bowlers had no answers, as PTCC sealed the win comfortably under the VJD method.
