AFC C Diploma Course begins in Chandel

Imphal, July 14 2025: A 12-day AFC C Diploma Course for football coaches organised by District Sports Association (DSA), Chandel under the aegis of All Manipur Football Association (AMFA) and All India Football Federation (AIFF), commenced on Sunday at Thoruwl Turf, Liwakhullen Sarei, Chandel district.

In a release, the DSA informed that a total of 19 coaches from different districts of Manipur and one from Meghalaya are attending the Course conducted under the supervision of AFC A licence coach Gyan Moyon.

The opening ceremony was attended by DSA president Dr TS Chamna Anal, vice president HL Lovingson Anal and AIFF elite national referee and AMFA vice president Th Joyshing Monsang.

In his address, Joyshing Monsang welcomed all the coaches attending the Diploma Course in Chandel, the first hill district in the state to conduct such a prestigious coaching programme.
