MNCA Boys' U-14: AKSDO, KSDO record massive victories

Imphal, February 14 2025: AKSDO and KSDO registered emphatic wins in the 4th MNCA Boys U-14 Tournament 2024-25.AKSDO secured a resounding 10-wicket victory over KCC.

Batting first, KCC struggled against AKSDO's disciplined bowling attack and were dismissed for just 18 runs in 10 overs.

Punshiba Akoijam led the charge with three wickets, while Chin-gamba Elangbam claimed two.

Laishram Poirei, Thokchom Rohit, and Khundrakpam Rohi chipped in with one wicket each.

In response, AKSDO chased down the modest target in just 2.3 overs, with Chingamba Elangbam remaining unbeaten on 11 and Borish Khundrakpam on 4 .

In the other fixture, KSDO dominated LCC with a comprehensive 185-run victory.

Batting first, KSDO posted an imposing total of 248 for 3.Khutheibam Abu Sufiyan starred with a well-compiled 89, supported by Md Washim (59), Kh Firdos (42), Sheikh Anza Ahmed (11*), and Mohammed Gunbas (5*) .

LCC's bowling efforts were led by Raju Meitei Mutum, who took two wickets, and Mangai Thongam, who claimed one.

Defending their formidable total, KSDO bowled out LCC for 63 in 21.2 overs.

Kh Firdos was the pick of the bowlers with three wickets, while Mujahir and Mohammed Gunbas took two apiece.

Md Shadik Israak Hussain, Khutheibam Abu Sufiyan, and Mohammed Zuneid Shah contributed with a wicket each, sealing an emphatic triumph for KSDO .
