73rd Senior State Kabaddi Championships : CCYPAC, SLYO post second straight wins in senior men's competition

Imphal, September 11 2026: WSWC, Wabagai and SLYO, Tekcham posted second Group B win in the men's competition of the 73rd Senior Men and Women Manipur State Kabaddi Championships 2026 being underway at EYMDO playground, Wabagai Mayai Leikai.

WSWC who opened their Pool B campaign with a 38-18 win over MYC, Heirok this morning secured their second win by handing CCYPAC, Lilong a 25-22 defeat later in the day.

73rd Senior State Kabaddi Championships

In Pool A matches staged today, SYLO, Tekcham prevailed 33-17 over NAYA, Nongmaikhong for their first win before getting the better of MPSC 36-32 .

In the opening day matches staged yesterday, AMDASCAM crushed ALUC, Khurai Angom Leikai 52-22 and CCYPAC 28-13 as VETO, Laphupat Tera overcame LYUC, Lourembam 38-17 .

Meanwhile in women's Pool B matches, NAYA, Nongmaikhong beat SLYO 58-13 for the first win before beating KSWC 35-19 for the second win.

SEDO meanwhile suffered a heavy 21-65 loss to NYDA in all-Nongmaikhong Pool A match.

Yesterday, VETO beat NYDA 28-25 before LYUC beat KSWC 36-22 .
