State-level boxing championship rescheduled to late July

Imphal, July 04 2025: The Manipur Amateur Boxing Association (MABA) has announced a revised schedule for the 2025 State Level Boxing Championship.

Originally slated for June 17-22, the event will now be held from July 21 to 27, 2025 at the Khuman Lampak Boxing Arena.

The championship will include competitions across all categories, from sub-junior to elite.

In conjunction with the event, MABA will conduct a five-day Referee & Judges Training Course.

Interested candidates must register with the association by July 16, 2025 .

MABA has emphasised that all participating boxers must possess a valid MABA registration number.

The deadline for submission of entries by name, team entries, and payment of boxer fees - whether online or in hard copy - is set for July 16, 2025 .
