CYCLONE, PTCC, MODEL and RULE all enjoyed commanding wins in Sunday's MNCA Men's U-19 One Day Trophy clashes.
CYCLONE annihilated KSDO by a staggering 248 runs in their meeting at Moijing Public Ground.
CYCLONE post a mammoth total of 335 before skittling KSDO for a mere 87 in just 26.1 overs.
Winning the toss and opting to bat, CYCLONE'S innings was spearheaded by a blistering century from Reolin Qinam, who smashed 100 runs off just 44 balls, including 9 fours and 8 sixes.
Captain Ningthoujam Thoiba Singh (45 off 221 and Amar Sandham (47* off 29) provided crucial support, propelling their side to an imposing total.
KSDO's bowlers struggled to contain the onslaught, with Mohammed Soheb Khutheibam and Khutheibam Abu Sufiyan claiming two wickets apiece but conceding heavily.
In reply, KSDO's batting lineup crumbled under pressure.
Only Khutheibam Abu Sufiyan (20) and Mohammed Soheb Khutheibam (22) reached double figures as CYCLONE's bowlers ran riot.
Robinson Sougaijam (2-8) and Reolin Qinam (2-10) starred with the ball, while Thomsan Moirangthem (2-23) and Arubam Tyson Singh (1-6) ensured KSDO were bundled out for 87 .
RULE delivered a masterclass in bowling and batting to dismantle LCC by 9 wickets at Khudelband Lampak, Lamshang.
LCC, choosing to bat first, collapsed spectacularly to 47 all out in just 19.1 overs, with Rojit Singh Angomcha (5/12) and Indrakumar Singh Sanjenbam (2/17) running riot for RULE.
RULE chased down the target in a mere 5.3 overs, losing only one wicket.
Sanathoi Sanjenbam (16) and Indrakumar Singh Sanjenbam (10) ensured a swift victory.
PTCC recorded a massive 219-run win over CYSA after posting 251 all out, led by Loukrakpam Anao Singh and Nungchengba Soraisam (both scoring 55).CYSA were then skittled for a shocking 32 in 10 overs, with Devas Singh Tongbram (3/8) and Khilchandra Laitonjam (3/13) dismantling the batting line-up in a match that will be remembered for PTCC's ruthless efficiency.
MODEL overpowered REYS by 183 at Lairenjam Public Ground.
MODEL amassed a colossal 364/3 in 40 overs, thanks to Bisal Ningombam's explosive 144 off 70 balls (19 fours, 4 sixes) and Irungbam Tonton's unbeaten 136 off 102 .
REYS fought hard but were bowled out for 181, with Tonton (4/27) and Ningombam (3/32) starring again.
