RK Badminton Association inaugurates new court at Changangei

Imphal, July 06 2025: A badminton court was unveiled and opened to the public at Changangei by the managing director of RK Fortune Developers Private Limited, RK Rameshwar.

The facility of the RK Badminton Association was newly added to the existing fitness hub - RK Fitness and Wellness Centre, to invoke fitness spirit to the youth and produce successful athletes.

Speaking at the occasion RK Rameshwar stressed on the need to encourage youth towards sports and distance them from drugs.

Retd Professor Wangkhem Nabakumar; retd chief engineer of MSRRDA, Ningthoujam Babuchand; retd Deputy Accountant General, Merajao Kabui; Deputy Secretary of Forest and Environment, and Consumer Affairs and Food Distribution and other eminent personalities attended the inauguration programme of the badminton court.

The facility will now provide proper training to around 40 athletes and association members from Changangei, Ghari, Taobungkhok, Tera Sapam Leirak and Patsoi.
