Jugeshwor honoured with national & international martial arts awards

Imphal, July 15 2025:
Renowned martial arts instructor from Manipur, Jugeshwor Kshetrimayum, has received two prestigious honours for his exceptional contributions to martial arts development in India.
On June 30, 2025, Jugeshwor was conferred with the "National Prestige Award 2025" at a grand ceremony organised by The Universal Media, held at the Convention Hall of Radisson Blu Hotel, Dwarka, New Delhi.
This was followed by another proud moment on July 1, when he received the "IBA Award 2025" (International Brilliance Award), presented by Hypedge Media Group under the aegis of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Government of India, at Hilton Hotel, Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Jugeshwor was recognised for over 25 years of dedicated service towards the development and promotion of martial arts across the country.
Hailing from Kakching Turel Wangma, Ward No 5, Jugeshwor is the son of Kshetrimayum Ibomcha and Kshetrimayum Ongbi Keinaton.
Currently based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, he runs a martial arts academy that has trained over 500 students.
His efforts have led to the establishment of martial arts training centres across several Indian states including Manipur, Karnataka, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Assam, and Kerala.
Jugeshwor continues to dedicate his life to mentoring young talents, empowering both boys and girls through martial arts, instilling discipline, confidence, and a strong sense of purpose in their fives.
