U-13 Boys' Inter Club Football League : Rishikesh at the double as Thoi FA romp 5-0 past Gorkha FA

Imphal, March 11 2025: Rishikesh scored twice as Thoi FA romped to a 5-0 win over Gorkha FA in the second match of the ongoing U-13 Boys' Inter Club Football League at YCWO ground, Heinoupok.

Thoi FA had a dominating start to the game and raced to a 2-0 lead at half time thanks before adding thrice in the second half to make it 5-0 .

Tekcham Rishikesh handed Thoi FA the lead in the 15th minute before Zabir Buyamayum scored in the 16th minute to make it 2-0.Leishemba Moirangthem extended the lead to 3-0 after 38 minutes before Sagolshem Rakesh made it 4-0 after 48 minutes.

Rishikesh was at it again in the 51st minute to round off the scoring.

In the third match of the tournament staged later, Khuman FA sealed a slender 1-0 win over Sang-gai Heroes thanks to Longjam Lamjingba's goal in the 29th minute.

Later in the third match of the day and tourney's fourth, Mayang Imphal United FC (MIUFC) beat CRAU in a five-goal thriller.

CRAU and MIUFC were locked at 1-1 at half time as Yohenba cancelled out the lead for CRAU in the 19th minute after Md Samir put MIUFC ahead after 8 minutes.

After the restart, CRAU overturned the lead after 32 minutes but Taorem Jack scored for MIUFC in the 43rd minute to set up the comeback path before Chabungbam Lakpati scored a stoppage time winner (60+1') .
