L Baleshwor, Romeo nominated for different roles ahead of Sr Volleyball Nationals

Imphal, January 02 2026: The Volleyball Federation of India has nominated Manipur's L Baleshwor as member of Control Committee and Chairman of Referee Commission and Th Romeo Singh as International Referee for the successful conduct of the 72nd Senior National Volleyball Championships for Men and Women.

The championships are due to be held from January 4 to 11 at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.

They will be leaving Manipur for Uttar Pradesh alongside State teams led by N Jiten and Sh Romesh and men and women's managers and Y Oken and Y Babumacha as men and women's teams' coaches.
