KSDO, YPHU-N emerge victorious in Mema Memorial Veteran T20 Cricket Tourney

Imphal, May 20 2026: KSDO, Kyamgei and YPHU-N, Lalambung emerged victorious in today's Group A and C matches of the ongoing 3rd Khomdram Ongbi Hijam Mema Memorial T-20 Manipur Veteran Cricket Tournament 2026 at Langthabal Public Ground.

In the Group A match, KSDO beat SNC, Sangaiprou by 51 runs for their second win in 3 matches as they raised 169/6 after electing to bat first and restricted SNC for 118 runs in reply.

Abdul Khalique scored 76 off 47 balls and Abid made 25 off 15 balls to steer KSDO to 169/6 before Md Noushad Ali (2/17) and Riyajuddin (2/18) led in derailing SNC chase despite Guna adding 41 off 40 balls and Ranendrajit making 27 not out off 29 balls.

Romeshchandra (3/23) was the pick of the SNC bowlers in the first innings.

Abdul Khalique of KSDO was eventually named man of the match.

Later in the day, Dhaneshor 51 off 42 balls, Shantikumar 21 off 20 balls and Robin 20 off 18 balls helped YPHU-N raise a modest total of 153 runs for 6 wickets before Devkumar (4/25) and Jinta (2/12) led in bundling out LCCC for 110 runs in 19.1 overs.

Ranbir (3/25) had earlier picked three wickets for LCCC before Kison 22 off 20 balls, Srinivashan 20 off 18 balls and Aneshkumar 20 off 27 balls led the scoring in reply.

Devkumar, who picked four wickets to earn YPHU-N second straight Group C victory, was named man of the match.
